Uniform Distribution:
Uniform distribution will be done during indoor rehearsals at band camp. Students who will miss one or more afternoons should talk to Mrs. Moncado to ensure they will be able to get their uniform during band camp.
During marching season, students will wear athletic shorts or something of that nature and their band shirt (provided by Mr. Henigman during band camp). When it is their turn to be fitted for uniforms, they will need to wear something similar. Cargo shorts, sweats, or jeans and hoodies are NOT acceptable options. Students may choose to wear something else and bring appropriate apparel to change into when it is their turn to be fitted. Students not wearing appropriate apparel will not be fitted for their uniform that day.
Uniforms:

NO SEWING REQUIRED!!!! We can teach you everything you need to know! It’s not hard and you won’t be thrown into it without being shown what to do.
PLUS you get to hang out with some of RepMo’s BEST kids (and parents ;)).
Student Meals:
We request that ALL students have the special dietary needs/restrictions form filled out. This is to identify students with special diets (such as vegetarians) or food-related allergies (such as peanuts, dairy, or gluten, etc.). This will allow us to plan for competition season. To do that, please click here.
To order meals, click here.
While we do our best to make reasonable accommodations during band camp, because students are not dependent on us for their meals, not all options will be available for all meals. For instance, vegetarians can order cheese or veggie pizza, but will not have a vegetarian option on Booster Burger day. Students with a dairy allergy will not have a dairy-free option on pizza days, but can order a hamburger on Booster Burger day.
During competition season, because students are completely dependent on us for meals, we communicate regularly with families of students who do have special dietary needs and do our very best to accommodate them however possible. Please make certain to fill out the form and contact Mrs. Moncado at media@rtpbb.com for further information.
During the first week of band camp, one lunch will be provided to students by the band boosters. Calvary Baptist Church in Republic will be providing a lunch the second week.
Students MUST order ALL meals, including both free ones, ahead of time. Students who do NOT order by the deadline for each meal will have to wait until all others have been served. They run the risk of not getting their preferred meal – or, in a worst case scenario, no meal at all.
Students ARE NOT required to eat the meals served by the band boosters and are able to bring their own meals or leave campus if they choose. If they choose to leave, they MUST be back and ready to go by noon.
